Just a few years ago, when you mention the word “organic” in the Philippines, the word was synonymous to the word “expensive” if not “super, duper, mega expensive”. Fast forward to mid-2009, almost everybody in Metro Manila wants to go organic, go green, or eco-friendly. So what do these words really mean?
