Finally, a one-stop weekend market for urban consumers.
Pinoy Organics and Mercato Centrale are officially launching the Producers Market on April 30th. If you live in Bonifacio Global City, lucky you! If you are from Makati, Pasig or Alabang, don’t miss the date!
The Producers Market is the first and only air-conditioned weekend market that offers one of the most diverse selection of organic, natural, herbal and healthy products, including fresh produce from local organic farms.
Except for La Top’s organic produce from Benguet and Down-to-Earth‘s specialty greens from Bukidnon, the vegetables and fruits sold in the Producers Market are sourced from nearby farms located in Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas and Laguna. Consumers are guaranteed freshly picked farm products harvested just a day before they are sold in the market.

Love meat? Hormone-free chicken, grass-fed beef, and organic pork are sold every weekend by Solraya Enterpises, U Farm, Down-to-Earth, Costales Nature Farms and Pamora.

Hi,
I’m just thinking out loud. As a consumer, How do you know that the produce that are sold in the market or grocery is real organic as what they claim to be? Aside from the price that is higher than the regular price. (It’s okay to spend such price just as long as it is true.) There are no certifications available. Some say that the produce is not as nice as the chemically treated, but the cabbage i bought at the grocery looks so nice and they claimed it as organic. Is there an indication or way to know?

For now, we’ll share with you our own personal way of verifying the organic produce/products we buy: know your producers and build a relationship with them! It is only when you know them so well that you can (more or less) know if they’re the real deal or not. We also go out of our way to visit farms. The results of all those efforts are what we share to our fellow consumers here in Pinoy Organics.
